How amazing does this look? Creme Patissiere and Fresh Raspberry Tart from Jocelyn's Provisions in James Street Fortitude Valley. Oh yum! I think I'll make hosting Christmas lunch this year a little easier and order one of these. I wonder if I leave the shaker of icing sugar out on the bench next to the tart, whether people will think I've made it myself? I doubt it too ;-)
