The hunt for a rental property is proving to be more difficult than I had anticipated. I never thought we'd have an application rejected ... twice! Afterall, what's there not to like about us? A lot so it now plainly seems. What's the most frustrating about this whole application waiting game is you are never told why you were not 'approved' or 'successful'. You feel as if you're applying for some prestigious university or invitation only country club, not some average little house with a 70's kitchen & a mouldy bathroom! Aagh ... if only I had the cash to pay for a rental home like the one pictured; home theatre, full city views, designer bathrooms, state of the art kitchen & one amazing swimming pool. Yeah I know, dream on!
